When the thermometer plummets, our winter tyres ensure your safety even in extreme weather conditions. Their tread helps expel water, providing good resistance to aquaplaning and excellent traction. In case of snow or ice, they significantly reduce braking distances. On some road sections, winter equipment is legally required.

- Contrary to what you may have heard, the special rubber used in winter tyres is just as durable as the rubber in summer tyres.
- When not in use, just as for summer tyres, winter tyres need to be stored carefully in order to maintain their efficacy.
- Periodically checking your tyre pressure is essential for your safety. Keep steady on all curves and wet surfaces (braking) while optimizing their rolling resistance, and prevent excess in fuel consumption.

CHOOSING TYRES
Tyre measurements matter, and how! Mounting tyres whose measurements are different from those in the handbook is illegal. Moreover, you can’t choose tyres with a speed index lower than the one shown in the book; but you can mount ones with higher index. SPEED RATING
Maximum permissible speed to carry the load indicated by the load rating.
